    Good

    Sea view and cooking facilities.

Not worth of paying much for this. Room heater was a poratable one and even not enought to heat around 1 meter area. We have swtched on the heater for more than 4 hours but feel only very very little bit of different inside and outside the room. Not recommend specially during low temparature season. Very small bathroom and the shower hight is about 5 feet and thats not enough for a normal person. Bathroom fittings are not proper. No place to keep cloths within the bathroom.

The view from the cottage was stunning and it complemented the soft glow from the fireplace. The place was exceptionally clean, safe; it really was a great value for money as well as being child-friendly with close-by beaches.

    Superb

    The location/view was fantastic

Size of double bed. We are used to a slightly larger bed and found it slightly cramped. It was however comfortable and we slept reasonably well.

    Excellent seaview from our bed

Things are old in the room and the heating was not sufficient for comfort

    Good

Just across the road from the beach - good view.

This hotel was not the most expensive that we stayed in, and it was certainly not the cheapest - but it was the only hotel during our trip round Australia that asked guests to strip the bed and clean the room before checking out!

    Very good

Excellent View- reasonably close to Town Facilities

Clearly, no attention to detail exists in the eye of this overpriced dilapidated motel owners. The pot-hole riddled driveway half lit by broken corroded lights hinted at the state of this uncomfortable depressing room. Having just travelled the world, it has become evident that Great Ocean Road accommodation is embarrassingly overpriced and in great need of TLC. The clincher for this accommodation ad was the view, which would have been enjoyed if the outdoor chairs weren't broken and the table flat enough for our drinks not to fall straight off.

The view was great, and it was easy to clean when leaving

The accomadation was very different to what is advertised and is not worth the money. The interior needs to be updated.

    Superb

The privacy and the view from the room and its proximity to the beach. The room was very clean and well equipped

The materials uused in the construction and fittings are not top quality

    Fabulous

Loved the location and being so close to the ocean. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The wildlife was wonderful. Very peaceful, friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful surrounds. It felt like we were the only people staying...very relaxing

Fantastic views, but thats the only positive comment I can make

The decor of our room was very very very dated for the cost of the room , this comment includes the bathroom and kitchenette as well , the bed must be as old as the decor , im sure the owners of this hotel would not even sleep in the beds, very bad......we did not have a comfortable sleep at all , and also I was not impressed with having to clean our own room before we left otherwise we would have been charged for cleaning ,,,this is stated in their welcome book....

    Superb

we really enjoyed our stay at Seafarers the view is amazing, we will be returning in November. It is in a great spot along the Great Ocean Road and very handy having the shops not too far away. overall we loved it and hope to be back once the dam it re-stocked.

    Fabulous

We had stayed here before and loved our units positon high on the hill looking with its pristine views of the coastline and some local black faced sheep, through floor to ceiling windows. The units are cosy but not cramped and the fire in the corner (gas flames) was warm and added atmosphere although we missed the real fire that was there last time we stayed. There is a stove top and microwave if you want to cook in. We brought DVDs to watch but there was no DVD player in the unit. You need to request this from reception. Overall a wonderful place to stay anytime of year, although we loved snuggling up here in the middle of winter with a good book, some wine and cheese, watching the gaint waves crash onto the shores beneath.

Our criticisms would be that the units could do with a bit of a spruce up. One of the kichen cupboard doors was broken (minor) and the bathroom was quite dated. The road up to the top units had potholes and needed some work. Overall though still a great place to stay.

    Fabulous

We love the views, the privacy and the space in the units. Bottom units great for beach walks. Top units great for views, privacy and the farm animals & birds. Good to be out of town a little. Found a great massage therapist at Skenes Creek :-)

    Bathroom a bit small.
