I faced challenges with cleaning services during my lengthy stay. Despite requests, no towels or basic supplies were provided, which felt disappointing given the high price. The expectations fell short of the experience.

A rug in the lounge area would have made the cold floor more bearable!!! The balcony lounges are sagging and uncomfortable, and why no service during an extended stay? It feels like poor value for the price paid!!!
